AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (b) OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO CHARGES FOR
DUMPING IN THE SANITARY LANDFILL; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Subsection (b) of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock pertaining to charges for dumping in the

Sanitary Landfill is hereby amended to read as follows:

(b) The charges referred to in subsection (a) hereof
shall be as follows:

M 1) Each compacted cubic yard 60 4
M
2) Each noncompacted cubic yard 50 G

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
