AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL IN
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, APPROPRIATING $58,158.09 FROM
THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUNDS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. In order to provide the required security at the
Little Rock Municipal Airport the following additional personnel
positions are hereby created in the Little Rock Police Department:
(a) 1 Sergeant
(b) 6 Patrolmen
SECTION 2. The sum of $58,158.09 is hereby appropriated from
the unexpended balance of the general fund to be used for the pur-
pose of paying salaries, purchase of equipment and supplies and
maintenance needed in providing Police security at the Little Rock
Municipal Airport.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage.
