AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2688 - Described as Lots 8, 9, 10, Block 6,
Pike Addition. From: "A" One - family District to "D" Apartment District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2689 - Described as a parcel of land lying
in the W4, SE4, Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; described
as follows: commencing at the southeast corner of the SE4, SE4, Section 35;
thence run west 30' to a point, thence run N 00' 23'E 618.2' to a point of
beginning; thence run N 89' 31'W 190.6' measured 185.1' platted; thence run
N 50' 21'E 250.0' to a point on the west right -of -way of Chicot Road; thence
along said right -of -way S 00° 23'W 168.2' to the point of beginning, containing
in all 0.368 acres more or less. From: "A" One - family District to "F"
Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -1463 - Described as all of Block 176, John
Barrow Addition. From: "B" Residence District to "ME 24" Multi - family
District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2429 - Described as Lot R, Teresa Addition.
From: "F" Commercial to "I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (e) - Z -1933 - Described as Block 43, Santa Fe Park
Addition and k of adjacent closed street on west. From: "A" One - family
District to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
