AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$36,500.00 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE
OF THE GENERAL FUND TO DEFRAY THE COST OF
ADDITIONAL SALARIES FOR MUNICIPAL JUDGES
AND SPECIAL ELECTION EXPENSES; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the unappro-
priated balance of the General Fund the sum of $36.500.00 of
which the sum of $30,000.00 shall be used to defray the cost
of the special election together with related expenses all as
provided for by Ordinance #12,763 passed April 3, 1973 and the
sum of $6,500.00 to defray the cost of increased salaries for
Municipal Judges in keeping with provisions of State law.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
