HomeMy WebLinkAbout12774ORDINANCE NO. 12,774 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and is hereby changed as indicated: Subsection (a) - Z -2693 - Described as 3 lots on the northwest corner 24th and Walker, the Sj, E2j SEk SWk NWk SEk of_Sec.11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County. From: "A" One - family District To: "C" Two- family District. Subsection (b) - Z -2694 - Described as Lots 13 and 14, Block 3, Riffle and Rhoton Forest Park Highlands. From: "A" One - family District To: "C" Two - family District. Subsection (c) - Z -1777 - Described as part of the NW'k SWk, Section 30, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point 165 ft. north of the mrthwest corner of SW'k SW'k, Section 30, T -1 -Ns R -12 -W, thence run east 460 ft. and 8 inches; thence north 200 ft.; thence west 460 ft. and 8 inches; thence south 200 ft. to the point of begin- ning, less and except the west 30 ft. thereof, which is the east half of the Geyer Springs Road, said parcel herein being a part of Tracts 5 and 6 of Commonwealth Addition to the City of Little Rock, as per plat in Book 1, Page 186, Pulaski County, Arkansas. From: "D" Apartment District To: "I" Light Industrial District. Subsection (d) - Z -1937 - Described as Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block 12, Jones and Worthen Addition and Lots 21 and 22 in Block 5, Jones and Worthen Addition. From: "B" Residence District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District. Subsection (e) - Z -2636 - Described as Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. Block 6, Riffel and Rhoton Forest Park Highland Addition. From: "A" One- family District To: "C" Two - family District. Subsection (f) - Z -2635 - Described as Lot 2, Block 6, Riffel and Rhoton Forest Park Highland Addition. From: "A" One - family District To: "C" Two - family District. SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be oc© -g,? h - L M'`.. and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
