AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$10,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO BE
USED FOR THE REPAIR OF A BOARDMAN FIRE
TRUCK; WAIVING COMPETITIVE BIDDING; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $10,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to be
used to repair and rehabilitate a 1971 General Motors diesel
1000 Fire truck. Competitive bidding is hereby waived in the
acquisition of parts and for labor all as may be determined
necessary in the repair of said fire truck.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
