AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS P!�OPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2703 - Described as Lot 20, all of Lot 21,
except that part described as follows: beginning at the northeast corner
of said Lot 21, thence south along the east line of said Lot 21, 44.59 feet;
thence northwesterly 112.04 feet to a point on the north line of said Lot 21;
thence east along said north line 102.93 feet to the point of beginning,
Block 1, Owens Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Ark-
ansas, and that all property corners established are in accordance with
existing monuments of the addition. The survey discloses that all improve-
ments are located as shown on plot plan and that there are no visible
encroachments except as shown hereon. From: "B" Residence District To: "F"
Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2704 - Described as Lot 7, Eda Brook
Addition, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. From: "A" One -

Subsection (c) - Z -2706 - Described as all of Lots 7, 8 and the
E2 of Lot 9, Block 4, Pike Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
From: "B" Residence District To: "C" Two- family District; and, all of Lots
17, 18 and the E2 of Lot 16, Block 4, Pike Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas. From: "B" Residence District To: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2709 - Described as a tract of land located
in the NW4 SE 4, Section 26, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; more
particularly described as: beginning at the northeast corner of the E2
SZ NW-14 SE-'4 said Section 26; thence S 01° 48' 30" E along the west right -of-
way line of Foxcroft Road, 239.6 ft. to a point 40 ft. north of the center
line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10; thence northwesterly along a line
40 ft. north of and parallel with the centerline of said Highway No. 10;
said line being the arc of a curve to the left, having a chord bearing and
distance of N55° 49' 30" W., 172.2 ft.; thence N62° 33' 30"W and continuing
along a line 40 ft. north of and parallel with the centerline of said High-

described as: starting at the northeast corner of the E2 S2 NW-14 SE4 said
Section 26; thence N69" 551 30" W. along the south line of Tract "B ",
Cantrell Heights Commercial Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, 246.7 ft.
to the point of beginning of the tract of land described herein; thence S27°
51' 30 ", 157.25 ft. to a point 40 ft. north of the centerline of Arkansas

Sheraton Park Addition. From: "A" One - family District To: "MF 6" Multi-
family District.
Subsection (h) - Z -2718 - Described as W2 of Lots 11 and 12,
Block 1, Fausts Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. From: "D"
Apartment District To: "E-l" Quiet Business District.,
Subsection (i) - Z- 1937 -A - Described as follows:
Lots 4, 5 and 6. Block 12, Jones and Worthen Addition, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas. From: "E -1" Quiet Business District To: "E -1 -A"
Nursing Home, Lodging, and Undertaking District.
Subsection (i) - Z- 2638 -A - Described as Tract 26 of L. B. Leigh
and R. C. Butler Acres, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, except the north
100 ft. thereof. From: "E -1" Quiet Business and "F" Commercial District
To: "G" Commercial District.
Subsection (k) - Z -2458 - Described as part of Tract 28, Leigh.-
Butler Acres, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as follows: commence at the northeast corner of said
Tract 28, thence south along the east line of said Tract 28, a distance of
100 ft., thence west 25 ft. to point of beginning; thence south parallel to
and 25 ft. from the east line of said Tract 28, a distance of 518.5 ft. to
a point on the north right -of -way line of West 65th Street; thence west
along said right -of -way line 208 ft. thence north 520.6 ft.; thence east
208 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 2.48 acres, more or less.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
