AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 10400 KAKIS ROAD IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2717 - Described as E2 E2 SW'k SW4, Section 3, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying east of proposed Interstate Route No. 430,
more particularly described as: beginning at the intersection of the east
line of the E2 E2 SW'k SW'k said Section 3 and the north right -of -way line of
Kanis Road; thence N85° 22' 56" W. along said north right -of -way line,
149.2 ft. to a point on the east right -of -way line of proposed Interstate
Route No. 430; thence northerly along said east right -of -way line the follow-
ing bearings and distances: N 02° 30' 11 "W., 549.83 ft.; N130 46' 4111W.,
203.9 ft.; N 080 50' 39" E., 210.0 ft.; N 250 28' 19" E., 176.95 ft.; N 460
04' 50" E., 189.5 ft. to a point on the east line of the E2 E2 SW'k SWk said
Section 3; thence S 01° 04' 40" W. along said east line, 1258.4 ft. to the
point of beginning, containing 215,565 sq. ft. or 4.9486 acres more or less.
From: "A" One- family District To: "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
