SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock recommends that the Pulaski Area Transportation Committee concur and accept the designation of herein named streets as part of the City of Little Rock's Federal Aid Urban System. SECTION 3. The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock further recommends that the Pulaski Area Transportation Committee endorse the following projects to be funded by federal Urban System monies in the amounts as indicated: Geyer Springs Phase II ($1,095,990.00); Preliminary Signal Engineering for Little Rock /North Little Rock central business districts and University Avenue ($70,000.00); and Preliminary Engineering for Phase One and Phase Two of Rodney Parham Road ($313,142.00).
