AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO DEFRAY ADDED
EXPENSE OF ELECTRIC BILL FOR STREET LIGHTING;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $46,664.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unexpended balance of the Street Fund to defray the
expense of increase in electrical rates now being charged
the City under new rate schedules of Arkansas Power & Light
Company. If said increase is not allowed the City will receive
a refund.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
