AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 204 SOUTH RODNEY PARHAM
ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMEND-
ING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 2857 -A - Described as part of the Nk SWk NE'k, Section
2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, described as follows: starting at a point where the south
right -of -way line of West Markham Street intersects the north and south
center line of said Section 2 and which starting point is 45.6 ft. south of
the northwest corner of said SWk NE'k; thence east along the south right -of-
way line of said West Markham Street for 110.9 ft. to the west right -of -way
line of Perryville Loop Road; thence in a southeasterly direction along the
west right -of -way line of Perryville Loop Road for 746.4 ft. to the point of
beginning; from the point of beginning thus established, run thence south-
easterly along the west right -of -way line of Perryville Loop Road for a
distance of 120 ft.; thence by a deflection angle of 90 degrees to the right
for 203 ft.; thence southwesterly 79.5 ft. to a point which is 237.5 ft. from
and at right angles to the west right -of -way line of Perryville Loop Road;
thence north 29 degrees west 59.2 ft. to a point which is 204.7 ft. from and
at right angles to said right -of -way line of Perryville Loop Road; thence
north 204.7 ft. to the point of beginning. From: "A" One - family and "MF 24"
Multi - family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
