AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2856 - Described as the west 100 feet of the
east 430 feet of the north 300 feet of Tract 8, Home Acres, a subdivision of
part of the NE'k NE'k, Section 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
From: "A" One - family District To: "I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2859 - Described as Lots A, B and C of Mosely
Replat of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 8, Perry Heights Addition. From: "B"
Residence District To: "C" Two - family District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2860 - Described as Lot 1, Block 18, Bellevue
Addition. From: "A" One- family District To: "C" Two - family District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2867 - Described as a part of the north 4 acres
of the south 10k acres of the E'k SE'k NE'k of Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point
429 ft. north of the southeast corner of the SE'k NE'k, said Section 1, and run
thence west 355 feet; run thence north 107 feet; run thence east 355 feet; run
thence south 107 feet to the point of beginning; and, an easement 50 feet in
width, for the purpose of ingress and egress to and from Geyer Springs Road,
adjacent and continguous to the land conveyed herein, said easement being more
particularly described as follows: beginning at a point 536 feet north of the
southeast corner of the SE'k NE'k, said Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, and run thence
west 355 feet; run thence north 50 feet; run thence east 355 feet; run thence
south 50 feet to the point of beginning. From: "A" One - family District To:
"C" Two - family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
