HomeMy WebLinkAbout12947ORDINANCE NO 12,947 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL DATA PROCESSING EQUIPMENT; APPRO- PRIATING THE SUM OF $82,552.00 FROM REVENUE SHARING FUNDS; WAIVING COMPETITIVE BIDDING; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. The suppliers above identified are the only available source of the items to be purchased which are com- patible with the City's specifications, therefore, competitive bidding is hereby waived. SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $82,552.00 from Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund to be used with funds heretofore appropriated to defray the additional cost of the equipment herein involved.
