AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
ADDITIONAL DATA PROCESSING EQUIPMENT; APPRO-
PRIATING THE SUM OF $82,552.00 FROM REVENUE
SHARING FUNDS; WAIVING COMPETITIVE BIDDING;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to pur-
chase from the hereinafter identified suppliers the items and
quantities of additional data \
q processing equipment at the prices
set forth opposite thereof as an implementation of the existing
computer applications available to the City with the current
Police Computer System:

SECTION 2. The suppliers above identified are the only
available source of the items to be purchased which are com-
patible with the City's specifications, therefore, competitive
bidding is hereby waived.
SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$82,552.00 from Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund to be
used with funds heretofore appropriated to defray the additional
cost of the equipment herein involved.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
