AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 315 NORTH SHACKELFORD
ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMEND-
ING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be
and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2851 - Described as all of Block 12 and 13 and part of Blocks
11, 14, 35 and 38, Santa Fe Park Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas, described
as: beginning at a point 15 ft. north of the northwest corner of Block 11;
thence S88° 56' E 300 ft. to the west right -of -way of I -430; thence S10° 35' W
along the west right -of -way 77.5 ft.; thence along the west right -of -way S02°
02' W 1000.3 ft.; thence S34' 38' W 105.3 ft. along said west right -of -way;
thence S84° 47' W along said west right -of -way 217.1 ft. to the west line of
Tract 38; thence NO1° 15' E along the west line of Blocks 38 and 35 528.0 ft.;
thence westerly along the south line of Block 13 310.0 ft. to the west right-
of-way line of Shackleford Road; thence northerly along said west right -of-
way line 645.0 ft. to the northwest corner of Block 12; thence easterly along
said north line of Block 12 310.0 ft. thence north 15.0 ft. to the point of
beginning, containing 12.10 acres more or less. From: "A" One - family District
To: "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
