AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 6000 - 6100 BASELINE
ROAD (SOUTH SIDE) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2845 - Described as a tract of land situated in part of
the NE'k NE'k, Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows: commence at the northeast corner
of Section 1, said point being the intersection of Baseline and Geyer
Springs Road; thence S2' 26' W along the centerline of Geyer Springs Road
226.12 ft.; thence N87' 36' 50" W 41.00 ft. to the west right -of -way line
of Geyer Springs Road, said point being the point of beginning; thence
S20 55' 31" W along said west right -of -way line 173.85 ft.; thence S00°
17' 39" E along said west right -of -way line 262.70 ft.; thence N87° 43'
30" W 813.49 ft.; thence NOV 34' 20" E 632.20 ft. to the south right -of-
way line of Baseline Road; thence S87° 44' 00" E along said south right -of-
way line 95.97 ft.; thence S84° 51' 24" E along said south right -of -way
line 72.92 ft.; thence S030 07' 00" W 228.51 ft.; thence S87° 49' 40" E
211.8 ft.; thence N2° 30' 00" E 221.80 ft. to the south right -of -way line
of Baseline Road; thence S87' 44' E along said south right -of -way line
164.58 ft.; thence S02° 17' 30" W 185.50 ft.; thence S87° 36' 50" E
257.78 ft. to the point of beginning and containing 9.34 acres, more or
less. From: "A" one- family District To: "F" Commercial District, less
and except the south 50 ft. thereof to remain "A" One Family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof:

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
