AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 8802 MABELVALE PIKE IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2820 - Described as the S2 SWk NWk and part of the NWk SWk,
Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as follows: beginning
at the northwest corner of the SE'k NE'k, Section 34; thence N890 26' E 1327.5'
to the northeast corner of said SEk NE'k; thence S00° 08' E 662.2' to the
northwest corner S2 SWk NWk, Section 35; thence N89° 32' E 1310.9' to the
northeast corner of said S2, SW's NA (which is also the centerline of Mabel -
vale Pike); thence S00° 15' W 659.7' to the northeast corner NWk SWk (which
is also the centerline of Mabelvale Pike); thence S00' 11' E 212.4' along the
east line of said NWk SWk; thence S85° 22' W 414.8'; thence S03° 07' E
399.2'; thence S89° 01' E 393.5' to a point on the east line NWk SWk (which
is also the centerline of Mabelvale Pike); thence S00° 11' E along said
centerline 25.1'; thence S57° 59' W along the centerline of Mabelvale Pike
633.1'; thence S75° 44' W along said centerline 457'; thence along the center-
line S75' 07' W 239.5'; thence NO2° 44' E 149.1'; thence S89° 17' W 105' to
the west line of the NWk SWk; thence north 1025.9' to the southeast corner
SE'k NE'k; thence S89' 42' W 1332.9' to the southwest corner SE'k NE'k; thence
N00° 06' E 1319.6'to the point of beginning, containing 85.84 acres. From:
"A" One - family District To: "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
