AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 6500 TIMBERLAKE ROAD IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 1767 -A - Described as Tract G -1, a part of the Wk NE'k,
Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W and a part of the NW'k, Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: commencing
at the center of Section 24; thence north 560.0 ft.; thence west 1260.0 ft.;
thence north 140.0 ft.; thence west 240.0 ft.; thence north 479.2 ft.; thence
along a curve to the right a chord bearing and distance of N330 00' E 452.20
feet; thence N66° 00' E 330.0 ft.; thence along a curve to the left a chord
distance and bearing of N33' 00' E 790.0 ft. to the point of beginning; thence
S74° 00' E along a chord of a curve to the right a distance of 390.0 ft.;
thence 5650 00' E 570.0 ft.; thence N25' 00' E 142.89 ft. to the south line
of a proposed 150 ft. right -of -way for Timberidge Boulevard; thence N66° 06'
35" W along said south right -of -way line a distance of 452.84 ft.; thence
N77° 22' 20" W along the chord of a curve to the left a distance of 436.0 ft.;
thence continue along said south right -of -way line N88' 38' 05" W a distance
of 112.41 ft.; thence south 62.5 ft. to the point of beginning, containing
2.5 acres, more or less. From: "A" One - family District To: "MF 12" Multi-
family District, less and except that portion of above described lying west
of the north and south center line of Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W to remain
"A" One - family District.

County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: commencing at the
northeast corner of the SW'k NE'k, Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence south along
the west line of said SW'k NE'k, Section 24, 1320.0 ft.; thence west along the
south of said SW'k NE'k, Section 24, 170.0 ft.; thence north and parallel to the
west line of said SW'k NE'k, Section 24, 1390.0 ft.; thence west 380.0 ft.;
thence N18° 00' W 320.0 ft.; thence N680 30' W 390.0 ft.; thence N25° 00' E
190.0 ft. to the point of beginning; thence S65° 00' E a distance of 300.0 ft.;
thence along the arc of a curve to the left a chord bearing and distance of

arc of a curve to the right a chord bearing and distance of N79° 36' 36" W
406.46 ft.; thence continuing along said south right -of -way line N66•
06' 35" W a distance of 833.26 ft.; thence S25' 00' W a distance of
142.89 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 2.61 acres, more or
less. From: "A" One - family District To: "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
