AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2822 - Described as Lot 2, Michael Sub-
division. From: "A" One - family District To: "E-l" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2824 - Described as Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block
1 and Lots 5 and 6. Block 2, Plunketts Second Addition. From: "B" Residence
To: "D" Apartment District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2828 - Described as Tract 1, a part of NWk
NWk and part of SWk NWk, Section 3, T- 1S -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas and
described as: starting at northwest corner of said SWk NWk and which is on the
centerline of Sibley Hole Road; thence easterly along the north line of said
SWk NWk for 20 ft. to a point on the easterly right -of -way line of Sibley
Hole Road; thence N00' 03' 30" E along said right -of -way line for 58 ft. to
an iron pin and the point of beginning; thence N89' 54' 30" E for 1253.49 ft.
to an iron pin on the east line of said NWk NWk; thence south along east line
of NWk NWk and along the east line of said SWk NWk for 249.52 ft. to an iron
pin on the northerly right -of -way line of Interstate Highway 30; thence S64°
34' W along said northerly right -of -way line for 869.60 ft. to an iron pin
on the easterly right -of -way line of Sibley Hole Road; thence along the
easterly right -of -way of Sibley Hole Road along a curve to the left having a
radius of 707.48 ft., by a chord bearing N50° 12' W for 145.33 ft. to an iron
pin at the end of said curve; thence N36' 05' 30" W and continuing along
said right -of -way line for 330.46 ft. to an iron pin at the beginning of a
curve to the right; thence along a curve to the right, said curve having a
radius of 186.23 ft. by a chord bearing N28° 01' W for 175.29 ft. to an iron
pin at the end of said curve; thence N00' 03' 30" E and continuing along said
right -of -way line for 188.83 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 12.63
acres, more or less.

Tract 2, a part of SWk NW'k, Section 3, T- 1S -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
and described as: beginning at an iron pin which marks the intersection of
the east line of said SWk NW'k and the southerly right -of -way line of Inter-
state Highway 30; thence south along the east line of said SWk NW'k for
263.40 ft. to an iron pin; thence S89' 04' 30" W for 573.68 ft. to an iron
pin on the southerly right -of -way line of Interstate Highway 30; thence
N64' 34' E along said southerly right -of -way line for 635.11 ft. to the
point of beginning, containing 1.74 acres, more or less. From: "A" One-
family District To: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z- 1815 -C - described as a tract of land begin-
ning at a point 360 ft. south of and 170 feet east of the northwest corner
of Tract 19, L. B. Leigh and R.C. Butlers Acres; thence run east 100 ft.;
thence north 100 ft.; thence west 100 ft.; thence south 100 ft. to the
point of beginning. From: "F" Commercial District To: "A" One - family
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
