AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $13,607.00
FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND
TO MAKE ADVANCE PAYMENTS FOR EXPENSES INCURRED
FOR THE PERSONNEL SYSTEM STUDY IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $13,607.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unexpended balance of the General Fund to be used in
paying expenses incurred in providing the Personnel System
Study for the City of Little Rock. Said amount shall be reim-
bursed to the City upon receipt of grant funds provided by
the Housing and Urban Development 701 Planning Funds.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
