AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2793 - Described as part of the NW'k SW'k,
Section 30, T -1 -N, R -12 -W; more particularly described as follows: beginning
at a point 610 ft. north and 30 ft. east of the southwest corner of said NW'k
SW'k on the south right -of -way line of Big Oak Lane; thence east along the
south right -of -way of Big Oak Lane 181.4 ft.; thence south 114 ft.; thence
west parallel with the south right -of -way of Big Oak Lane 181.4 ft.; thence
north 114 ft. to the point of beginning. From: "A" One - family District
To: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2800 - Described as Lot 3, Michael Sub-

effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
