AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 8523 GEYER SPRINGS ROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2811 - Described as that part of the SWk of Section 31, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W, beginning 20 ft. east and 957.81 ft. north of the southwest corner;
thence east 430 ft.; thence north 187.05 ft.; thence west 430 ft.; thence
south 187.05 ft., containing 1.71 acres, more or less. From: "A" One - family
District To: "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
