AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 3901 INTERSTATE 30
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMEND-
ING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2788 - bescribed as a tract of land located in the Wk, NW'k,
NE'k, Section 32, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: beginning at the southeast corner of the Wk, NW'k, NE'k said
Section 32; thence west along the south line of said Wk, NW'k, NEk, 262.7 ft.;
thence N 1° 10' E, 325.3 ft.; thence S 84° 45' W, 74.2 ft. to a point on the
south right -of -way line of Interstate Route No. 30; thence northeasterly
along said south right -of -way line, being the arc of a 5930 ft. radius curve
to the left having a chord bearing and distance of N 62° 27'E 373.95 ft. to
a point on the east line of the W2j NWk, NE'k said Section 32; thence S 0'
10'W along said east line, 491.5 ft. to the point of beginning. Also
described as Lot 3, Tucker's Commercial Acres. From: "A" One - family
District To: "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
