AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT NO. 632 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of a majority
or more in assessed value of the real property located within
the territory hereinafter described have filed a petition praying
that an improvement district be established for the purposes
hereinafter set out, and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all
parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said
petition was signed by a majority or more in assessed value of
the owners of real property within said territory, now, there-
fore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following property in the City of Little
Rock, County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to -wit:
Part of the Nh of Section 12, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
beginning at the intersection of the South right -
of -way line of 12th Street and the East right -of-
way line of westpark Drive; thence South 308 feet;
thence East 150 feet; thence South 311 feet; thence
East 690 feet; thence South 660 feet; thence East
833 feet; thence South 423 feet to the North right -
of -way line of Boyle Park Road; thence South and
Westerly along said right -of -way line 1,065 feet;
thence West 75 feet; thence North 410 feet; thence
West 231.25 feet; thence North 140 feet; thence West
100 feet; thence North 183.35 feet; thence West 128.6
feet to the center line of Rock Creek; thence North-
westerly along the center line of said Creek to a
point on the center line of Vogler Street, said point
being 617 feet South of the South right -of -way line
of 12th Street; thence North along the center line
of Vogler Street 472 feet; thence East 150 feet;
thence North 145 feet; thence East 318 feet to the
point of beginning. ALSO, Lots 1,2,3,10,11,12, Block 5,
Pankey's 2nd Addition.

for the following purposes:
To open, name, grade, pave, curb, gutter and drain
the following described streets located within the
district, to -wit:
A 60 foot right -of -way lying 30 feet on either side
of the following described line: Beginning at the
intersection of the center line of 12th Street and
Westpark Drive;thence South 1047' West 532.8 feet;
thence along a 200 curve to the left 445.39 feet;
thence South 87018' East 25.78 feet; thence along
a 24030' curve to the right 363.58 feet; thence
South 1047' West 147.26 feet; thence along a 120
curve to the left 192.54 feet; thence South 21019'
East 220.67 feet; thence along a 24030' curve to
the left 264.2 feet; thence South 8603' East 315.25
feet; thence along a 240 curve to the right 131.58
feet; thence South 54028' East 85 feet to the North
right -of -way line of Boyle Park Road. ALSO beginning
at a point 769.5 feet South and 840 feet East of
the intersection of the South right -of -way line
of 12th Street and the East right -of -way line of
Westpark Drive; thence West 472 feet to an inter-
section of Westpark Drive. ALSO beginning at a
point 769.5 feet South and 615 feet East of the
intersection of the South right -of -way line of
12th Street and the East right -of -way line of
Westpark Drive; thence along a 24020' curve to
the left 223.6 feet to an intersection of Westpark
Drive.
To construct a water distribution system to serve
the inhabitants of the district and, if necessary,
extend the same beyond the district boundary to
connect with the system of Little Rock, Arkansas;
To construct a sanitary sewer collection system
to serve the inhabitants of the district and, if
necessary, to extend the same beyond the district
boundary to connect with the system of Little Rock,
Arkansas;
To construct and install an electric power distri-
bution system and a street lighting system within
the boundaries of the district; and
To construct sidewalks within the boundaries of the
district.
in such a manner and with such materials as the commissioners for
said improvement district shall deem to be for the best interest
of the district and that the cost thereof be assessed and charged
upon the real property in the district according to the benefits
received.

Said district shall be known as "Municipal Improvement
District No. 632 of Little Rock, Arkansas ", and Margaret E.
Rauton, Lewis E. R. Rauton and Lissa Margaret Brashear, who
are owners of real property in said district, are hereby named
commissioners and shall compose the Board of Improvement for
said district.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
