AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM FEDERAL
REVENUE SHARING AND THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE
OF THE STREET FUND TO BE USED FOR THE BENEFIT
OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $23,001.09 is hereby appropriated
from Federal Revenue Sharing funds to be used for payment of
the City's share of the deficit in the operation of the Central
Arkansas Transit for the months of September and October, 1973.
SECTION 2. The sum of $31,666.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unexpended balance of the Street Fund to be used in
payment of the City's share of the total purchase price of radio
equipment purchased for Central Arkansas Transis System funded
by Federal Grant through the United States Department of Labor.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
