AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z- 2586 -A - Described as part of the W', NE'k,
SE'k, Section 27, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: beginning at the northwest corner ofthe Wk, NE'k, SE'k said
Section 27, thence S89° 21' E along the north line of said Wk, NE'k, SE'k,
644.57 ft.; thence SO* 20' 40" W, 20 ft. west of and parallel with the east
line of said Wk, NE'k, SE'k, 878.8 ft.; thence N88° 46' 20" W, 634.16 ft. to a
point on the west line of said Wk, NE'k, SE'k; thence NO' 21'W, along said west
line 872.6 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 12.8516 acres more or
less. From: "C" Two - family District To: "A" One - family District.
Subsection (b) - Z- 2382 -A - Described as Lot 1, James C.
Menifee Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. From: "D" Apartment
District To: "I" Light Industrial District, less and except the south 50 ft.
thereof From: "D" Apartment District To: "A" One - family District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2758 - Described as a part of the NW'k of
the NW'k of Section 16, T -1 -N, R -12 -W in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and being more particularly described as follows: beginning
at the northwest corner of Section 16, T -1 -N, R -12 -W; thence south along the
west line of Section 16, a distance of 466 ft.; thence east parallel to the
north line of Section 16, a distance of 466 ft.; thence north parallel to the
west line of Section 162 a distance of 466 ft. to the north line of Section 16;
thence west along the north line of Section 16, a distance of 466 ft. to the
point of beginning, containing 4.985 acres more or less, subject to and except
all that part of the above described property embraced within the right -of-
way of Roosevelt Road along the north side of said property and the right -of-
way of Woodrow Street along the west side of said property. From: "B"

Subsection(d) - Z -2741 - Described as Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 2,
Capitol Hill Extension Addition to Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
