AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2730 - Described as commencing at the northeast
corner of the NW'k, SECTION 27, T -2 -N2 R -13 -W; thence SO. 28' 08" E for a
distance of 783.11 ft. to the point of beginning; thence N62' 35' 48" W for a
distance of 589.49 ft. to a point; thence N75' 35' 48" W for a distance of
110.00 ft. to a point; thence S14' 24' 12" W for a distance of 180.00 ft. to
a point; thence S79' 33' 30" E for a distance of 686.01 ft. to the point of
beginning. Said tract containing 1.581 acres, more or less. From: "A" One -
family District to: "ME 6" Multi - family District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2750 - Described as part of the SE'k, SE'k,
Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: commence at the southeast corner of said SE'k, SE'k,
thence west 280 ft. along the south line of said SE'k, SE'k to the point of
beginning; thence continue west along said south line 242 ft. to a point on
the easterly line of Mabelvale Road; thence northeasterly 271.4 ft. along
said easterly line; thence east 133.9 ft.; thence S 250.6 ft. parallel to
the east line of said SEk, SE'k to the point of beginning, containing 1.07
acres more or less. From: "A" One - family District to: "F" Commercial
District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2751 - Described as Lot 14, Block 22,
Newtons Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas. From: "E -1" Quiet Business
District to: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2752 - Described as a tract of land situated in
the SEk of the SE'k of Sec. 2 and in the NE'k of the NEk of Sec. 11, T -1 -N2
R -12 -W of the fifth principal meridian, more particularly described as follows:
beginning at a point 825.71 ft. north and 484.24 ft. east of the southwest
corner of Block 9 of Hanger's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas; thence N1' 06' 10" W a distance of 170.00 ft. to the
northwest corner of Lot 10, Block 4 of the A.C. Read's Addition; thence S88'
15' 50" E a distance of 100.00 ft. to the northwest corner of Block 5 of said
addition; thence N1' 06' 10" W a distance of 10.00 ft. to a point on the north
line of A.C. Read's Addition; thence S88' 15' 50" E along said line a distance
of 89.56 ft. to a point on the west right -of -way of the C.R.I.&P. Railroad;

on the north right -of -way of 11th Street; thence deflect right 764 03' 27" to a
bearing of S 77' 47' 37" W which is tangent to the right -of -way curve at the
point of intersection; thence southwesterly along said right -of -way which is a
segment of a curve having a radius of 249.01 ft. and a total deflection through
the segment of 20' 08' 53" left a distance of 175.13 ft. along the curve; thence
S37' 29' 50" W a distance of 1.07 ft. to a point; thence southwesterly along a
curve having a radius of 150.73 ft. and a total deflection through the segment

a radius of 175.73 ft. and a total deflection through the curve of 27' 07' 10"
left a distance of 166.35 ft. along curve; thence N37' 29' 50" E a distance of

Block 12, Mountain Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, less
and except the south 25 ft. thereof. From: "A" One - family District to:
"F" Commercial District.
Subsection (f) - Z -2755 - Described as Lots 1 -9, Block 1,
Biddle Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas, lying west of I -30 Highway right-
of -way. From: "B" Residence District to: "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
