HomeMy WebLinkAbout12839ORDINANCE NO. 12,839 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORZING THE FILING OF A GRANT APPLICATION WITH THE COMMISSION ON CRIME AND LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR THE STATE OF ARKANSAS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A HARDENED TRANSMITTER STATION FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT; APPROPRIATING FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. The City Manager acting for an on behalf of the City of Little Rock is hereby authorized to execute and file an application for grant funds for a total project cost of $36,000.00 of which Federal Funds in the amount of $18,000.00 is requested to be matched by State Cash Funds in the amount of $3,600.00 and the sum of local funds by the City of Little Rock in the amount of $14,400.00 the latter amount of which is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the general funds.
