AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE
GEYER SPRINGS ENGINEERING ACCOUNT OF THE
1973 BUDGET TO A SURVEY EXPENSE ACCOUNT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The 1973 Budget is hereby amended by trans-
ferring the sum of $10,594.00 from the Geyer Springs Engine-
ering Account to a survey expense account for the purpose of
defraying the cost of street center line survey work and
sidewalk location survey work serving school property.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
