AN ORDINANCE TO CORRECT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION
CONTAINED IN ORDINANCE NO. 12, 805 OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK PASSED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
ON JULY 17, 1973.
WHEREAS, an Ordinance was duly adopted by the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on July 17, 1973, being
Ordinance No. 12,805; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance annexed certain lands to the City
of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance of annexation contained an erroneous
legal description of the lands duly annexed and intended to be annexed by
said Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 12,805 of the City of
Little Rock is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following Section 1
substituted therefor:
"Section 1. That the following described lands contiguous
and adjoining the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be, and the same are
hereby accepted as part of and annexed to and made a part of the City
of Little Rock:
A paroel of land in the SE 1%4 Mtl 1/4 and the SW 1/4 !,Z 1/4, and the NW 1/4 SE 1/4,
Section 34, T -2 -1N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, -��ore particularly, described as:
Starting at the Nbrthwest corner of tize SW 1/4 ice, 1/4 said Section 34; thence
N89044%7, 330.00 feet; thence SO "LIVE, 137.20 feet to t:e point of beginning;
thence S54023'E, 444.10 feet; thence S370521E, 228.00 feet; thence S59 °45':x,
392.91 feet to the Westerly right- of-way line of Old Forge Drive; thence along
said Westerly right -of -way line the following hearings and distances: S24 °18'W,
15.00 feet; S46006'W, 53.85 feet; S24 °18'W, 413.00 feet; thence continuing along
said Westerly right -of -way line and along a 245.93 foot radius curve to the
right having a czord with a bearing and distance of S45103'W, 174.26 feet;
thencz-- continuing along said right -of -tray S65148'W, 92.66 feet; and continuing
and along a 25.00 foot curve to the right having a chord with a bearing and
distance of N76025'W, 30.66 feet to the north right -of -way of Rodney Parham
Road and the point of curvature of a 376.20 foot radius curve to the left with
a chord nearing and distance of N42 038'54 "W, 56.35 feet; thence on the arc of
said curve to the point of taingency; thence N47011'W, and continuing on said
north right -of -way, 470.84 feet; thence N0017'W, 856.72 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 13.24 acres Irore or less.

feet; thence S21 °411W, 320.70 feet; thence S62 °12'W, 68.08 feet to the Tlbrtherly

or less."
