AN ORDINANCE EXPANDING THE 1973 STREET
RESURFACING CONTRACT; APPROPRIATING FUNDS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $164,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from General Federal Revenue Sharing funds to be used for ex-
panding the City's 1973 Street Resurfacing Program. Contracts
for this said resurfacing and slurry seal project were previously
authorized by the Board of Directors in Resolution N0. 5009
adopted June 5, 1973 and this work shall comply with those
same bidding specifications and bid proposal.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
