ORDINANCE NO. 12,826
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12,525
PERTAINING TO FIRE AND BURGLAR ALARMS IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That part of Ordinance No. 12,525 pertaining to
connection fees is hereby amended in that the connection fee for
burglar alarm service is hereby changed to $75.00 per connection.
SECTION 2. All other provisions of said Ordinance No. 12,525
are and shall remain as set out therein.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
