AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTIES IN
NATIONAL INVESTORS INDUSTRIAL SITES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMEND-
ING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2736 - Described as the south 17.02 acres of the east 27.34
acres of the SE'k NW'k of Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
From: "A" One - family District to: "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
