AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 10100 BLOCK CINTRELL ROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2730 - Described as commencing at the northeast corner of the
NW'k, Section 27, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, thence S 0° 28' 08" east for a distance of
114.89 ft. to the point of beginning, thence continuing S 0° 28' 08" east for
a distance of 668.22 ft. to a point; thence N 62' 35' 48" W for a distance of
589.49 ft. to a point; thence N 75' 35' 48" west for a distance of 110.00 ft.
to a point; thence S 14' 24' 12" west for a distance of 180.00 ft. to a point;
thence N 75' 35' 48" west for a distance of 280.00 ft. to a point on the
easterly right -of -way line of Pleasant Valley Drive; thence N 14. 24' 12" east
along the easterly right -of -way line of Pleasant Valley Drive for a distance
of 300.00 ft. to the point of curvature of a curve to the left having an
internal angle of 8. 42' 03 ", a radius of 2366.83 ft. and a tangent of
180.06 ft.; thence northerly along said curve for a distance of 359.421to a
point on the southerly right -of -way line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10;
thence S 83* 17' 52" east for a distance of 294.40 ft. to a point; thence
continuing along the southerly right -of -way line of Arkansas Highway No. 10
S 80' 36' 03" east for a distance of 341.00 ft. to a point; thence S 65'
22' 25" east for a distance of 191.70 ft. to the point of beginning. Said
tract containing 12.338 acres, more or less. From: "A" One - family District
to "1ff 6" Multi - family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
