AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE
RIVER MOUNTAIN PARK PROJECT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $51,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to be
used with funds heretofore appropriated for the River Mountain
Park Project. This said amount is to be used in payment of
monies due for lands condemned by Court action in the Pulaski
County Chancery Court, suit No. 75 -311, City of Little Rock
versus William E. Sullivan, et al, said lands to be a part
of River Mountain Park. The various owners and the respective
amounts due are identified and set out in the court records.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
