AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Subsection (a) - Z -2952 - described as Lots 1 and 2, Block 2,
Galliger's Addition. From: "C" Two - family District To: "E -1" Quiet
Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2954 - described as Lot 4 of Salem Replat
of E. 141 ft. of Block 9, Worthen's Subdivision. From "C" Two - family District
To: "D" Apartment District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2960 - described as W 486.4 ft. of the N 75 ft.
of Tract 3 and all of Tract 2 except the N 170 ft. of the E 306.7 ft., Home
Acres Subdivision. From: "A" One - family District To: "I" Light Industrial
District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2962 - described as W 46.67 ft. of Lots 1,
2 and 3 and all of Lot 4, Block 2, Kimball and Bodeman's Addition. From:
"B" Residence District To: "C" Two- family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
