AN ORDINANCE AMENDING IN PART ORDINANCE NO. 12,856
PERTAINING TO THE EMPLOYMENT, SALARY, AUTHORITY,
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF CARLETON E. MCMULLIN
AS CITY MANAGER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 12,856 passed
October 31, 1973 is hereby amended to the extent only of
changing the annual basic salary for Carleton E. McMullin as
City Manager effective August 1, 1975, to $30,100.00.
SECTION 2. Subsection "a" of Section 2 of said Ordinance
No. 12,856, is hereby amended to read as follows:
a) "He shall be paid the sum of $600.00 monthly to defray
the cost or providing and maintaining office facilities in
his home in addition to those provided in City Hall and to defray
the cost of providing and maintaining an automobile essential
to the fulfillment of his duties as City Manager and other
incidental expenses incurred for and on behalf of the City of
Little Rock in his capacity as City Manager. "
SECTION 3. Except to the extent as modified by this ordinance
all provisions of Ordinance No. 12,856 shall continue in full
force and effect and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
