AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Subsection (.a - Z -2915 - described as part of Tract 2,
Commonwealth Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; more particularly
described as follows:.-beginning at a point which is 211.5 ft. west of the
southeast corner of said Tract 2; thence run W 70 ft.; thence run N 150.0 ft.;
thence run E 70 ft.; thence run south 150 ft. to the point of beginning; being
also known as the E 50 ft. of Lot 5 and the W 20 ft. of Lot 6 in Lynnwood
Addition according to a-plat thereof recorded in the County Surveyor's Plat
Book, page 40, in the office of the County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas
filed for record January 4, 1956, located in the NW'k of the SWk of Section 30,
T -1 -N, R -12 -W. From: "A" One - family District To: "C" Two - family District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2921 - described as Lot 9, Block 1, Charles
Stifft's Addition. From: "B" Residence District To: "C" Two - family District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2924 - described as the west one -half of
Block 31, Cox Subdivision of Taylor and Bodeman's Addition, less and except
the north 37 feet +. From: "F" Commercial District To: "C" Two - family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
