AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
DELETING REFERENCES TO SIGNS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. Sections 28 (f), 62, 63 and 66 of Ordinance 12,649, an
amendment of Chapter 9, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas are hereby deleted.
SECTION 2. Sections 2301, 2303.2, 2303.3 (c), and 2303.6 of Chapter
9 of--°the Code.of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas are hereby
deleted.
SECTION 3. There is hereby declared to be an emergency, and
therefore this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
