AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE MASTER STREET PLAN:
AUTHORIZING A BUILDING PERMIT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Master Street Plan for the City of
Little Rock is hereby waived insofar as the property located
on the northeast corner of West 30th Street at Cedar Street is
concerned, which property consists of two platted lots. In
connection therewith, there is hereby authorized the issuance
of a building permit for certain improvements to be constructed
on the said property.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
