AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN GENERAL REVENUE
SHARING FUNDS AND CERTAIN STREET FUNDS TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK GENERAL FUND; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. For the purpose of subsidizing the City of
Little Rock's Operating Budget for the year 1975, the following
transfers are hereby authorized:
a) The sum of $2,400,000.00 is hereby transferred from
General Revenue Sharing Funds to the City's General
fund to be used for Police and Fire protection
salaries.
b) The sum of $125,000.00 is hereby transferred from the
Street Department to the City's General fund for the
purpose of administrative expenses.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
