AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 6622 BASELINE ROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINALiMS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TEL' CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2882 - Described as the East 66 feet of the south 366
feet of Tract 24, Arnold's Highland Acres in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas; From "A" Single Family District to "E -1 " Quiet
Business District for the South 165 feet of this tract; With the
remaining portion of the tract to remain "A" Single Family Dis-
trict.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
' "District Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force fram and after its passage and approval.
