AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z- 2644 -A - Described as all of Lots 88 thru
96, Capital Place Subdivision. From: "C" - Two - family District To: "A" - One -
family District; and all of Lots 58 thru 68, Capital Place Subdivision From:
"A" - One family District To: "C" - Two family District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2875 - Described as Lot 14, Block 1,
Orlando Heights Addition. From: "A" One - family District To: "E -1" Quiet
Business District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2879 - Described as Part of the N'k NW'k
Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows:
Starting at the SW corner of said N'k NWk, thence East 30.0' to the East R/W
line for Geyer Springs Road; thence NOo 26' E along said East R/W line 512.0';
thence continue along said East R/W line North 285.0'; thence S 890 35' E
along the North line of Southpart Subdivision 270.0' to the point of beginning;
thence continue S 890 35' E 50.0'; thence North 158.0'; thence N 890 35' W
50.0'; thence South 158.0' to the point of beginning, containing 0.18 acres.
From: "D" Apartment District To "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2880 - Described as Lot 5, Paynter and
Russell Replat of Lot 1 Saugey Addition, From: "F" Commercial District To:
"H" Business District.
Subsection (e) - Z -752 -A - Described as Lot 3, Block 52
Pulaski Heights Addition. From: "D" Apartment District To: "E -1" Quiet
Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
