AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $26,851.00 TO THE
HIGH STREET URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $26,851.00 forwarded to the City
by the Little Rock Housing Authority in closing out Project
ARK -9 of the Neighborhood Development Program is hereby
appropriated to the High Street Urban Renewal Project (ARK -9)
which together with $106,440 which was appropriated August 17,
1976 fulfills the City's $133,000.00 obligation and said project
is hereby closed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
