AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING BIDDLE SHOPS AREA IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
A tract of land described as: part of the N'k, Fractional Section
14, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, west of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Pulaski County, Ark-
ansas, being more particularly described as follows: starting at the northwest
corner of the NE'k, Fractional Sec. 14, T -1 -N, R -12 -W (point also being the
northeast corner Lot 1, Rapley Estates) run S89° 50' 23" E 289.993 ft. along
the north line of said Fractional Sec. 14 to its point of intersection with the
west line of Lot 1, Block 4, Watkins Addition projected north, said point being
the point of beginning; thence run S00* 38' 43" W 107.500 ft. along said pro-
jected line to a point (said point also being the northwest corner of Lot 2,
of a subdivision of Lot 1, Block 4, Watkins Addition); then run S89° 50' 23"
E 135.000 ft. along the north line of said Lot 2 to a point; thence run S00*
38' 43" W 142.500 ft. and parallel to the west line Lot 1, Block 4, said addi-
tion to a point on the south line of Lot 4, of a subdivision of Lot 1, Block
4, Watkins Addition; thence run N89° 50' 23" W 135.000 ft. along the south
line of Lot 4, to a point on the west line Lot 1, Block 4, Watkins Addition;
thence run S00* 38' 43" W 47.500 ft. along the west line Lot 1, Block 4, said
addition to the northwest corner of Lot 6, of a subdivision of Lot 1, Block
4, Watkins Addition; thence run S89° 50' 23" E 137.000 ft. along the north
line of Lot 6, said addition to a point; thence run S00° 38' 43" W 47.500 ft.
and parallel to the west line Lot 1, Block 4, Watkins Addition, to a point on
the north line of Lot 1, Block 2, Barber Ave. Addition; thence run S89° 50'
23" E 18.000 ft. along the north line of Block 2, said addition to the north-
east corner Lot 1, Block 2, Barber Ave. Addition; thence run S00' 38' 43" W
285.081 ft. along the east lines of Lots 1 through 6, Block 2, said addition
to the southeast corner of Lot 6, Block 2, Barber Ave. Addition; thence run
S890 50' 23" E 130.000 ft. along the south line Block 2, said addition to the
southeast corner Block 2, Barber Ave. Addition; thence run S00' 38' 43" W
60.000 ft. to t1enortheast corner Block 5, Watkins Addition; thence run N89°
50' 23" W 130.000 ft. along the north line of Block 5, said addition to a
point; thence run S00* 38' 43" W 300.000 ft. and parallel to the east line

thence run S890 50' 23" E 130,000 ft. along the north line Lot 4, Block 5,
said addition to the northeast corner Lot 4, Block 5, said addition; thence
run S00° 38' 43" W 300.000 ft. along the west line of Barber Ave. to the
southeast corner Block 5, Watkins Addition.
Thence run east along the north right -of -way line of East 30th Street, said
line also being the south line of Block 6, Watkins Addition, to a point on
the east right -of -way line of Confederate Boulevard /Ark. Highway #365. The
said point being the southwest corner of Block 7, Watkins Addition; thence
north along the aforesaid east right -of -way of Confederate Boulevard to a
point which is the northwest corner of Lot 3, Block 7, Watkins Addition;
thence run east along the north line of Lot 3, Block 7, Watkins Addition to
a point which is the northeast corner of Lot 3, Block 7, Watkins Addition,
said point also being the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 7, Watkins Addi-
tion; thence run north along the west line of Lot 1, Block 7, Watkins Addi-
tion and that line extended north across East 28th Street, to a point which
is on the south line of Block 2, Watkins Addition; thence run west along the
south line of Block 2, Watkins Addition to the southwest corner of said
Block 2, Watkins Addition; thence run north along the west line of said
Block 2, Watkins Addition to a point, said point being the northwest corner
of Lot 3, Block 2, Watkins Addition; thence run east along the north line of
Lot 3, Block 2, Watkins Addition to a point which is the northeast corner of
Lot 3, Block 2, Watkins Addition, said point also being the southwest corner
of Lot 1, Block 2, Watkins Addition.
Thence run north along the west line of Lot 1, Block 2, Watkins Addition an
that line extended across East 26th Street to a point on the north line of
the north one -half of Fractional Sec. 14, T -1 -N, R -12 -W; thence run west along
the aforesaid north line of Sec. 14 to the point of beginning. From: Various
Districts To: "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
