AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Subsection (a) - Z -3039 - described as part of the N'k Sk NE'k NE'k,
Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: beginning at the southeast corner of said N2 S'k NE'k NE'k, Section 1,
T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence N80.0 ft.; thence W180.0 ft.; thence S80.0 ft.; thence east
180.0 ft. to the point of beginning, less and except the E30.0 ft. thereof, as
road right -of -way, containing 0.276 acres, or 12,000 sq. ft., more or less.
From: "A" One - family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -3040 - described as part of the SW's, Section
12, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: from the southeast corner of the NE'k SW'k, Section 12, run west along
the south boundary line of the NE'k SW'k, Section 12, 264.6 ft. to an iron pin
which is the point of beginning on the west right -of -way line of Factoria Spur
Track; thence northwesterly along said right -of -way 798.5 ft.; thence west
118.0 ft.; thence south 697 ft. to an iron pin on the south boundary line of
said NE'k SWk, Section 12; thence east along the south line 507.0 ft. to the
point of beginning. From: "I" Light Industrial District To: "K" Heavy
Industrial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -3041 - described as the west 190.0 ft. of
Lot 5, Ross Mauney Commercial Subdivision
and
Part of the SEk of the NE'k, Section 32, T -2 -N, R-12-W, Pulaski County, Ark.;
more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point 156.6 ft. north
and 30 ft. east of the southwest corner of said SEk NE'k, Section 32; thence
north along the east right -of -way line of Rebsamen Park Road, a distance of
86.0 ft. to the south right -of -way line of Cedar Hill Road; thence east a
distance of 190.0 ft.; thence south a distance of 86.0 ft.; thence west a,
distance of 190.0 ft. to the point of beginning; except a 30 £t. strip, being
the north 30.0 ft. of the south 141.0 ft. of the above described parcel. From:
"I" Light Industrial District To: "F" Commercial District.

Subsection (d) - Z -3042 - described as a part of Tract "C" Common-
wealth Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows:
commencing at the southwest corner of the NW'k SW'k, Section 30, T -1 -N, R -12 -W;
thence run north 610 ft. to a point; thence run east 211.4 ft. to a point of
beginning; thence run east 73.5 ft. to a point; thence run south 114 ft. to
a point; thence run west 73.5 ft. to a point; thence run north 114 ft. to
the point of beginning, containing in all 0.19 acres, more or less. From:
"A" One - family District To: "I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (e) - Z -3043 - described as Wk of the N'k, Lot 11 and the
Wk of Lot 12, Block 10, Marshall and Wolfe Addition. From: "C" Two - family
District To: "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Littl-e Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
