HomeMy WebLinkAbout13180ORDINANCE NO 13,180 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES OF A SPECIAL ELECTION REGARDING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BONDS; EMPLOYING BOND COUNSEL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. The sum of $11,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City of Little Rock to defray the expenses of a special election regarding Capital Improvements Bonds, which sum will be repaid from Bond sale proceeds if the issue is approved. SECTION 2. The following named law firms in the City of Little Rock are hereby retained as bond counsel in the matter of the Capital Improvements Bonds and shall work jointly in such capacity: a) Smith, Williams, Friday, Eldredge & Clark First National Bank Building Little Rock, Arkansas b) Wright, Lindsey & Jennings Worthen Bank Building Little Rock, Arkansas c) Rose, Nash, Williamson, Carrol, Clay & Giroir 720 West Third Street Little Rock, Arkansas SECTION 3.
