ORDINANCE NO. 13 ? 174
AN ORDINANCE FIXING FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES FOR
VARIOUS CITY SERVICES.AMENDING PARTS OF ORDINANCES
HERETOFORE ESTABLISHING FEES; REPEALING PARTS OF
CERTAIN ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. In order to finance the cost of providing certain
services by the City of Little Rock the following fees shall be
charged effective August 1, 1976 for the services listed in Section
2 hereof.
SECTION 2.
Dog Licenses $ 3.00
Fines
Dogs running loose
1st Offense $ 10.00
2nd Offense $ 25.00
3rd Offense $ 50.00

Fees for rezoning applications involving multiple parcels and mixed
rezonings shall be determined by totalling up charges for individual
parcels according to aboveschedule.
Amounts to be refunded for rezoning applications withdrawn prior to
Planning Commission action shall be as follows:
75% of fee paid if withdrawn during first week after docket closing
50% of fee paid if withdrawn during second week after docket closing
25% of fee paid if withdrawn during third week after docket closing
0% of fee paid if withdrawn thereafter.
Date of receipt of written notice of withdrawal from applicant shall
be date used to determine refund.
There shall be no refunds of any portion of fees paid on applications
amended or denied in the review process.
Refiling of same, amended, or completely different application on same,
or any portion of same property after previous action or withdrawal,
shall be considered a completely new application and fees charged
accordingly.

Amounts to be refunded for preliminary plat applications withdrawn
prior to Planning Commission action shall be as follows:

Zoning Variance and Conditional
Use Permit $ 50.00 Plus $1.00
per lot or acre, which-
ever is greater
Fees for variance /Conditional Use Permit applications involving both
"use" and "bulk and area" requests shall be equal to the larger of
the two fees as figured separately.
Amounts to be refunded for variance /Conditional Use Permit applications
withdrawn prior to Board of Adjustment action shall be as follows:
50% of fee paid if withdrawn during first week after docket closing
0% of fee paid if withdrawn thereafter.
Date or receipt of written notice of withdrawal from application shall
be date used to determine refund.

SECTION 3. All - ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
