AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10 -34 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO MOUNT HOLLY
CEMETERY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 10 -34 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock pertaining to Mount Holly Cemetery
N is hereby amended to read as follows:

Sec. 10 -34. Same - Maintenance charge.
There is hereby levied upon each lot in Mount Holly
o Cemetery, an annual charge of ten ($10.00) dollars for
the maintenance of the cemetery. Such sum must be paid
1 between the first day of August and the first day of
b December, of each year. If the charge is not paid by
a) the first day of December of each year, a penalty of
ro one dollar ($1.00) per lot shall be added thereto, and
c
o a like penalty of one dollar ($1.00) per lot shall be
added for each year that the charge shall remain unpaid."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
