AN ORDINANCE EMPLOYING AN ENGINEER TO PERFORM
STUDIES FOR THE NEW PROPOSED SANITARY LAND-
FILL; APPROPRIATING FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. A contract is hereby awarded to Garver & Garver,
Inc., engineers to perform the necessary engineering studies and
design for the proposed new sanitary landfill site. Cost for
said study shall not exceed the sum of $37,500.00.
SECTION 2. The sum of $37,500.00 is hereby appropriated
from a contingency fund of Revenue Sharing funds pursuant to
Ordinance No. 12,912 passed March 27, 1974.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
