AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 100 BLOCK SOUTH RODNEY PARHAM ROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK-
ANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 2727 -B - described as part of Satterfield's Addition, an
unrecorded plat in the SW k NEk, Sec. 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Arkansas,
described as: beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Skaggs - Albertson's
Subdivision; thence N00° 33' 39" E along the east line of said Lot 1, 325 ft.;
thence continue along the east line of Lot 1, N37° 14' 50" E 171.12 ft. to the
south right -of -way of Rodney Parham Road; thence S63° 03' 15" E along said
south right -of -way 328.2 Ft. to the west right -of -way of Sunnymeade Dr.; thence
S260 56' 45" W along said west right -of -way 40 ft.; thence along a curve to the
right having a chord bearing and distance of S51° 35' 37" W 117.5 ft.; thence
5130 17' 23" E 50 ft.; thence along the west right -of -way of Sunnymeade Dr.,
S00° 40' 37" W 154.7 ft. to the north line of Lot 7, Sunnymeade Addition; thence
along the north line of Lots 7,8,9 and 10, Sunnymeade Addition S89° 46' 37" W
300 ft. to the point of beginning. From: Various To: "F" Commercial,except the
east 25 ft. of this property parallel to Sunnymeade Drive to be "E -1" Quiet
Business.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
